Schedule Your Free Consultation
A 15-minute screening call. Bring a rough sense of your 2025 imports — if you look like a fit, we introduce you directly to our partner law firm for a free, no-obligation consult.
What to expect on the call
- We'll review your 2025 import volume You don't need exact entry data on the call. A rough sense of countries of origin, total imports, and product categories is enough for the initial assessment.
- You'll learn what's eligible We'll explain which of your tariffs fall under the IEEPA ruling (recoverable) versus Section 232 / 301 (not recoverable), so you have a clear picture of your actual exposure.
- We'll outline your filing options Different entries have different optimal recovery paths — CAPE submissions, §1514 protests, or CIT actions. We'll explain which paths apply to your situation.
- You'll know the deadlines The §1514 protest window is 180 days from each entry's liquidation. We'll show you which of your entries have time pressure and which don't.
- No obligation The consultation is free. If we move forward together, our fee is contingency-only — a percentage of recovered amounts. If there's nothing to recover, you owe nothing.
Want to make the call more productive?
You don't need to prepare anything to schedule. But if you'd like to come in ready to dig deeper, gather:
- Your customs broker contact (name + firm)
- Approximate annual import volume in 2025 ($)
- Top 3-5 countries you imported from
- Any communication you've already had about tariff refunds
If you don't have any of this handy, that's fine — we'll work with what you bring.
